Insomnia

Do you find yourself obsessing over sleep, worrying about getting enough rest? Or maybe you lie wide awake at night, overwhelmed by racing thoughts and unable to drift off.

Insomnia, which involves difficulty falling or staying asleep, can be either short-term or long-term.

Its causes can vary widely and may include stress, anxiety, depression, uncomfortable room conditions, shift work, or substances like alcohol and caffeine - as well as certain conditions such as menopause and chronic pains.

If these struggles sound familiar, you’re not alone. Hypnotherapy and CBT can both be good solutions to try that can help break the cycle and also teach you to relax.

Sleep problems are incredibly common and while occasional sleepless nights are normal, persistent disturbances that impact your daily life can be a cause for concern.
