Welcome to Tranquil Minds
Hi, I’m Angelika. I’m a qualified and accredited integrative therapist and coach, specialising in stress management, burnout and anxiety disorders, with particular experience supporting neurodivergent people, including those with ADHD and autism, as well as trauma.
With many years of experience across the mental health and healthcare sectors, alongside my own lived experience, I offer a practical, compassionate and collaborative approach. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all models. Instead, I take the time to understand you as a whole person - your experiences, strengths, challenges and the relationship you have with your thoughts and between your mind and body.
My work focuses on what is happening for you now and what you want to change. We explore what may be keeping you stuck and develop practical strategies to manage stress, anxiety and overwhelm, recover from burnout, build resilience and create healthier patterns that support lasting change.
I also support neurodivergent clients with challenges such as overwhelm, emotional regulation, executive functioning, masking, boundaries and confidence, adapting strategies to your individual needs. As a coach, I can also help with personal and professional goals, confidence, motivation and sustainable change. Coaching may be available through Access to Work for eligible clients, subject to individual circumstances and funding approval.
My approach draws on CBT, hypnosis and mindfulness, combining evidence-based techniques with a flexible approach tailored to you. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, running on empty, struggling with anxiety or simply no longer feel like yourself, we can work together at a pace that feels right for you.

Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist & Coach

You already have the ability to change. Sometimes, you just need some support.
Change isn’t always easy to navigate on your own. Whether you’re looking to work through something that’s holding you back, make a change, or move towards a goal, I offer a supportive space to help you get there.
Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy (CBH)
CBH is helpful when you’re looking to understand and change patterns that are affecting how you think, feel or behave. It brings together the practical tools of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), the awareness of mindfulness, and hypnosis. Together, these approaches can help you understand unhelpful patterns and develop new ways of responding.
Hypnosis is a natural state of focused attention and deep relaxation - similar to the absorbed state you might experience when you’re completely immersed in a book, music or a familiar journey. During hypnosis, you remain awake, aware and in control. It can help quieten distractions and create space to focus your attention, making it easier to explore thoughts, practise new responses and work with patterns at a deeper level. CBH can support a range of concerns, including anxiety, stress, confidence, habits, phobias, unwanted behaviours and difficulties managing thoughts and emotions. Your sessions are tailored to you, your circumstances and what you want to achieve, combining practical strategies with therapeutic techniques to help you develop greater self-awareness and skills you can use in everyday life.
